It has been over 100 days of genocide and mass destruction on the Gaza strip in Occupied Palestine. Despite Finland’s complicity in the violation of Palestinian human rights, weeks go by with barely any coverage in Yle, Helsingin Sanomat or any of the other big media houses of Finland.
The Palestinian community in Finland have been incredibly active, working tirelessly to organise and mobilise huge groups of people in the streets, on social media and at protests. The activists share on social media what we don’t see in the newspapers. The panel discussion at Tattoo Circus brings together activists from several groups mobilising for Palestine to discuss the past months of organisation and beyond.
